Brief about the session:

In the emotionally charged journey of an audit, Auditors and Auditees often find themselves at crosspurposes, often overrunning the audit timeline as neither party is prepared to give ground. Join us on this “Journey to ‘Audit-terly’ Harmony” where we delve into the auditee’s experience – their fears, their reservations, their goals. In understanding the Auditees perspective, discover how Auditors can transform these encounters into a journey of understanding, and collaboration thereby bridging that gap between resistance and acceptance. Get ready to have your Auditees cross and meet you on the bridge, where you can progress your Audits more seamlessly.
