Course Scope

To assist the participants to understand the needs and practices that are required to discover possible fraud schemes to contracts &procurements through the processes of fraud analysis and investigation techniques of the contract and procurement processes. During the course full explanations and simple and practical examples will be presented, so that the participants can be in a position to perform a fraud analysis and execution using the necessary skills learned in the course i.e. interview, observation, analysis, forensics etc. and to be able to recognise possible red flags promptly so as to prevent possible fraud from ever developing. All the possible fraud schemes that could happen during the preparation of the contracts for procurements will also be analysed. The following sections will be fully discussed and explained during the process and will be tested through a practical case study:
