Course Expectation

By the end of the training, the learner would have learned to:

• Work with single data sources
• Use multiple data sources
• Prepare data for analysis
• Combine data sources using data blending/ responsibility
• Combine data from multiple tables in the same data source using joins
• Create basic calculations including arithmetic calculations, custom aggregations and ratios, date math, and quick table calculations.
• Handle changes in data source such as field addition, deletion or name changes
• Use Reference Lines to highlight elements of data
• Use groups, bins, hierarchies, sorts, sets, and filters to create focused and effective visualizations
• Use parameters and input controls to give users control over certain values
• Use statistical and forecasting techniques to analyze data
• Combine visualizations into Interactive Dashboards and Stories
• Implement efficiency tips and tricks
